How does my hospital compare with like hospitals?
The Partnership Sub-committees regularly release reports for individual hospitals which examine a variety of indicators around the key dimensions of effectiveness, efficiency, safety, accessibility and equitable. Indicators such as surgical mortality and survival, and waiting times for treatment are compared with like hospitals, other hospitals in Queensland in both public and private sectors, to monitor variation in outcomes or practice across the state.
