Anonymised unit record data for quality improvement or evaluation
Research ready data (RRD) supports state-wide retrospective analyses and is an initiative of the Queensland Cancer Control Safety and Quality Partnership (a gazetted quality assurance committee).
These data sets contain anonymised unit record data elements which have been curated, clinically reviewed, and internally approved for release by Cancer Alliance Queensland in a format that can be used for analysis.

Approval and release of data
By law, Quality Assurance Committee (QAC) legislation enables CAQ to receive identifiable information and use it to better understand the safety and quality of the cancer services delivered across Queensland. This information is securely stored in the Queensland Oncology Repository (QOR). Under QAC legislation CAQ is unable to identify an individual or facility held in QOR.
To access anonymised RRD, HREC exemption and internal permission must be granted. The RRD you have requested will be provided to you securely as outlined in a data agreement.
